Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or product launches, please allow up to 3 business days.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery varies by region:
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA / UK / Canada / Singapore / Japan: 6–12 business days
- Europe, UAE, and other regions: 7–15 business days
Every shipment includes real-time tracking — from our studio to your hands.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping by region for clarity and consistency:
- Australia: $8.95 AUD
- New Zealand: $18.00 AUD
- USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Japan: $24.00 AUD
- Europe, UAE, and other international locations: $29.00 AUD
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200 AUD (applies to all regions)
All rates are in AUD and include tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Laundr’d. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please Note:
- No refunds or exchanges for change of mind
- No returns on sale items, limited editions, or collaborations
These purchases are final — no exceptions
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of item inspection.

Subject line: RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)
Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty
- Laundr’d is not liable for returns lost in transit — we recommend tracked shipping
- Returns that do not meet the outlined criteria may be refused
