Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or product launches, please allow up to 3 business days.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery varies by region:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • USA / UK / Canada / Singapore / Japan: 6–12 business days
  • Europe, UAE, and other regions: 7–15 business days

Every shipment includes real-time tracking — from our studio to your hands.


Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping by region for clarity and consistency:

  • Australia: $8.95 AUD
  • New Zealand: $18.00 AUD
  • USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Japan: $24.00 AUD
  • Europe, UAE, and other international locations: $29.00 AUD
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200 AUD (applies to all regions)

All rates are in AUD and include tracking.


Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Laundr’d. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.

Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please Note:

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items, limited editions, or collaborations

These purchases are final — no exceptions


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of item inspection.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at returns@laundrd.com
Subject line: RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

Our team will respond within 2 business days.


Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty
  • Laundr’d is not liable for returns lost in transit — we recommend tracked shipping
  • Returns that do not meet the outlined criteria may be refused
